We're writing to let our community know that Studio@104 will be permanently closing as of 25 September 2026, as our lease on the space is coming to an end.

It's been a privilege to host so many photographers, creatives, and event organisers in this space over the years, and we're grateful to everyone who booked, worked, and created here.

All existing bookings have already been sorted directly with those affected — if you believe you have an outstanding booking we've missed, please reach out to us at 0477 897 777 or [email protected].

Many of our regular hirers are moving over to Hills Hub – Studio Hire in Baulkham Hills, and we'd encourage you to check them out for your future studio needs.

Thank you for choosing Studio@104 over the years — it's meant a lot to be part of your projects and productions.

Warmly,
The Studio@104 Team
